I am around 51k. I did the  mid-point. Now I need to get to the climax and finally the resolution. Up to now I've avoided too much sagging but now I need to keep conflict going and tensions rising, while the "search" story dovetails into the poorhouse story and finally, the "Father McGurk story all come together. But, it is the poorhouse story arc I am most concerned about. Need more tension, more conflict, need to raise stakes, need to make Gloria more conniving or at least less willing to roll over for Sara. Need to give it more thought.
